Alex has over 25+ Years of experience in geotechnical and environmental drilling. He is an experienced driller in mud rotary, rock coring, hollow stem auger, casing advancer and sonic drilling. On a more personal note, Alex enjoys spending his time in the outdoors hunting, fishing, working on his property, and spending time with his family. Alex says he enjoys working for Western States Drilling because of the small company feel and the great atmosphere.
Adonis Pablo
MASTER DRILLER
Adonis has over 25+ years of experience in geotechnical and environmental drilling. He is an experienced driller in mud rotary, hollow stem auger, rock coring, casing advancer, push probe technology and sonic drilling. On a more personal note, Adonis spends time with his wife and four kids and is usually camping or traveling in his free time. Adonis says he enjoys working for Western States Drilling because they take great care of their employees and their employee’s families.
Damon Bickford
DRILLER
Damon has experience in geotechnical and environmental drilling. He experienced driller in mud rotary, hollow stem auger and rock coring. On a more personal note, Damon enjoys spending his free time racing and building RC Cars. Damon says he enjoys working for Western States Drilling because of his great coworkers and the awesome owners.
Dave Buchanan
PROJECT MANAGER
Dave has over 15 years of experience in geotechnical and environmental drilling. He is an experienced driller in mud rotary, hollow stem auger, rock coring, and casing advancer. On a more personal note, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife camping, going to the beach, and watching football. You should ask him who his favorite team is! Dave says he enjoys working for Western States Drilling because of the small company feel, family atmosphere and great co-workers that comes with it.
Dustin Helmig
DRILLER
Dustin has over 15 years of experience in geotechnical, environmental and water well drilling. He is an experienced driller in mud rotary, hollow stem auger, rock coring, and casing advancer. He is also a certified welder for setting permanent well casing. On a more personal note, Dustin enjoys hunting, fishing and operating his own farm and sawmill. Dustin says he enjoys working for Western States Drilling because of the family atmosphere and great teamwork amongst co-workers.
Lucas Randall
DRILLER
Lucas has over 10 Years of experience in geotechnical, environmental drilling. He is an experienced driller in mud rotary, hollow stem auger, rock coring, casing advancer, and push probe technology. On a more personal note, Lucas enjoys spending his time with his wife and family. He also enjoys fishing and camping, saying he's just enjoying his life. Lucas says he enjoys working for Western States Drilling because of the small company feel, great co-workers, and the extra care the company pays to its employees. Fun fact, Lucas is also a 4 time Oregon High School Wrestling State Champion, ask him about it sometime.
Ray Dimas
DRILLER
Ray has over 21 years of experience in geotechnical and environmental drilling. He is an experienced driller in mud rotary, hollow stem auger, rock coring, casing advancer, push probe technology and sonic drilling. On a more personal note, Ray enjoys fishing, spending time with his family and barbequing in his free time. Ray says he enjoys working for Western States Drilling because he enjoys the opportunity to see different places and working alongside his coworkers.
Richard Wiggins
DRILLER / MECHANIC / FABRICATOR
Richard has over 22 + Years of experience in geotechnical, environmental, and water well drilling. He is an experienced driller in mud rotary, rock coring, hollow stem auger, casing advancer, push probe technology, air rotary, and over water drilling. On a more personal note, Richard enjoys hunting, fishing, rock crawling, welding, and fabrication. Richard says he enjoys working for Western States Drilling because of the daily challenges.
Sam Moreno
DRILLER
Sam has over 5 years of experience in geotechnical and environmental drilling. He is an experienced driller in mud rotary, hollow stem auger, casing advancer and rock coring. On a more personal note, Sam enjoys golfing, fishing, spending time with family and working around his house. Sam says he enjoys working for Western States Drilling because he is able to travel, experience new places and enjoys his coworkers who are always willing to help one another.
Shane Sprague

Shane has over 20 years of experience in geotechnical and environmental drilling as well as over 20 years of excavation experience. He is an experienced driller in mud rotary, hollow stem auger, rock coring, and casing advancer. On a more personal note, Shane enjoys working on cars and home improvement projects. He also enjoys camping, boating, and hanging out with his family and friends. Shane says he enjoys working for Western States Drilling because of the small family feel and the way the company takes care of its employees.
Tyler Stigall

Tyler has over 9 years of experience in geotechnical, environmental drilling, and test pit excavation. He is an experienced driller in mud rotary, hollow stem auger, rock coring and casing advancer. On a more personal note, Tyler enjoys fishing, spending time with his family, and barbecuing. Tyler enjoys working for Western States Drilling because he enjoys being around his coworkers and the family atmosphere. Fun fact, Tyler is also an Oregon High School Wrestling State Champion.
Aaron Pardy

On a more personal note, James enjoys spending his free time in Taekwondo – he is a 1st degree black belt! James also enjoys camping and fishing. James says he enjoys working for Western States Drilling because of the new experiences and traveling to new places all over the pacific northwest.
